THREATPOSTURE
TERMS OF SERVICE

ThreatPosture service terms.

These Terms govern use of ThreatPosture protective-intelligence monitoring and decision-support services. ThreatPosture is not an emergency response service and does not replace organizational policy, authorized security personnel, emergency services, incident command or law enforcement.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Simple month-to-month service.

Unless an executed customer agreement states otherwise, the Protected Location subscription is $399 USD per month for each protected location. Subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renew each month until canceled.

Customers authorize ThreatPosture and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information and for applicable taxes imposed on their purchase, except taxes imposed on ThreatPosture's income.

Billing questions may be sent to billing@threatposturehq.com.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancel anytime.

Customers may cancel a month-to-month subscription at any time. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the then-current paid billing period, and service remains available through that period unless access is suspended or terminated for a reason permitted by these Terms.

Amounts already paid are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

ORGANIZATIONAL AUTHORITY

Purchasers must be authorized to subscribe.

By purchasing or activating ThreatPosture for an organization, the purchaser represents that they have authority to bind that organization to these Terms or are otherwise authorized to procure the service on its behalf. The customer is responsible for identifying authorized users and maintaining appropriate control over access to its protected profiles.

DECISION SUPPORT

Use ThreatPosture as an input to professional judgment.

Public-source information can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, duplicated or change after collection. ThreatPosture is designed to show sources, context, confidence and decision logic so authorized users can evaluate recommendations before taking consequential action.

Users and customer organizations retain responsibility and authority for their own security, emergency, legal, regulatory, staffing, access-control and operational decisions. ThreatPosture recommendations are decision-support inputs, not commands or a transfer of operational control.

READINESS & DECISION HISTORY

Documentation supports continuity; it does not create a legal guarantee.

ThreatPosture may preserve timestamped recommendations, supporting evidence, readiness actions, operator dispositions and completion states for authorized customer review, reporting and after-action use.

These records do not certify legal compliance, establish that a duty of care has been satisfied, guarantee prevention of an incident, determine insurance coverage or replace records customers are independently required to maintain.

AUTHORIZED USE

Protect the service and the organizations using it.

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant or account controls, interfere with service operation, probe another customer's data, use the service unlawfully, misuse collected intelligence, or upload material they do not have authority to provide.

Account credentials and access links must be protected and used only by authorized individuals. Customers should promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@threatposturehq.com.

PLATFORM LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your subscription provides access; ownership remains protected.

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, ThreatPosture grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service during the subscription period for the customer's internal business purposes.

ThreatPosture and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, interfaces, methods, models, branding, documentation and other proprietary technology. Customers retain their rights in customer-provided content. No ownership rights are transferred by a subscription.

CUSTOMER CONTENT & CONFIDENTIALITY

Provide only information you are authorized to use.

Customers may provide protected-profile details, policies, procedures and other operational context to support profile-specific decision support. Customers are responsible for having appropriate rights and authority to provide that material. ThreatPosture treats customer-private context separately from public-source intelligence and handles customer information as described in the Privacy Notice and applicable executed agreements.

Additional confidentiality, data-processing, retention or security requirements may be documented in an NDA, DPA, security exhibit or other executed customer agreement.

AVAILABILITY & EXTERNAL SOURCES

Coverage can change and dependencies can degrade.

ThreatPosture relies in part on external public sources and service providers. A source may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or changed by its publisher. The product is designed to expose meaningful coverage degradation rather than represent missing collection as proof of a safe condition.

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We protect customers and the integrity of the service.

ThreatPosture may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, unlawful or abusive use, a material breach of these Terms, an actual or suspected security threat, attempts to compromise another customer or the service, or circumstances where continued access could create material risk. When reasonably practicable, ThreatPosture will seek to provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination for an ordinary contractual breach.

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

Protective intelligence reduces uncertainty; it cannot eliminate risk.

ThreatPosture does not warrant that every relevant event, threat or condition will be detected, that every recommendation will be appropriate to every circumstance, or that use of the service will prevent loss, injury, disruption or liability. Customers should maintain appropriate emergency, security, insurance and continuity arrangements for their operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any executed customer agreement, ThreatPosture is not responsible for losses resulting solely from a customer's independent operational decision, failure to follow its own policies or emergency procedures, or reliance on the service as a substitute for professional judgment, emergency response or required safety functions.

COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS

Customer-specific commitments belong in the signed agreement.

Enterprise or negotiated deployments may identify protected profiles and locations, authorized users, subscription duration, agreed fees, service configuration and customer-specific requirements in an order form or other executed agreement.

Service levels, confidentiality, data-processing requirements, support obligations, warranties, liability allocation, insurance, retention and other negotiated provisions may be documented in the applicable order form, subscription agreement, NDA, DPA, security exhibit or other executed agreement.

If an executed customer agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the executed agreement controls for that customer to the extent stated in that agreement.

GOVERNING TERMS

Applicable law still controls.

These Terms are intended to operate together with applicable law and any executed customer agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution or liability provisions specifically negotiated with a customer will be stated in the applicable executed agreement.

CHANGES

Terms evolve with the service.

ThreatPosture may update these Terms as the product, security program and commercial model develop. Material enterprise commitments should be captured in executed customer agreements rather than implied by marketing copy.

General service and account questions may be sent to support@threatposturehq.com.

Current Terms updated August 25, 2026.
